Description

• Ensure resolution of incidents • Serve as an escalation point for client technical issues • Triage and escalate issues to Google Support • Provide front-line support for clients • Assist in developing new processes for customer support • Open to being on call for weekends and after-hours • Be an ambassador to clients • Participate in on-call rotations • Work with cross-functional teams • Deliver support for Google Cloud Platform solutions

Requirements

• Mastery in one of the domain areas • 4+ years of experience in cloud compute platforms • 2+ years of experience in cloud database platforms • Experience in providing support for GCP products and solutions • Strong understanding of access control administration • Strong knowledge in networking • Familiarity with common Linux troubleshooting tools • Experience working with Google Support teams • Experience in supporting customers in 24/7 environments
