Description

• Develop, implement, and manage an effective compliance program, aligning the product roadmap with compliance needs and business objectives • Prioritize compliance tasks, address team inquiries, and oversee project workflows in a fast-paced environment • Collaborate with company stakeholders, technical teams, and external authorities to seamlessly integrate compliance into all operational aspects • Translate complex regulations into actionable plans, articulate requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences, and draft/revise comprehensive compliance documentation • Proactively audit reporting, design test plans, direct control tests, and implement robust internal controls • Stay abreast of evolving regulations and industry best practices, document new compliance requirements, and enhance SageSure's data quality framework

Requirements

• Experience in meeting compliance demands in the insurance industry • Understanding of SQL, data structures, and proficiency in reporting and visualization tools • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and find innovative solutions • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and carrier partners
