Description

• Collaborate on the implementation of insurance product launches, modifications, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance • Identify operational inefficiencies and actively participate in automation initiatives. Address and resolve product-related issues through regression testing and validation of product functionality • Ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Word • Applied knowledge of SQL/TSQL/XML/HTML/JSON • Ability to problem-solve, work independently, manage workload, and plan to meet deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in creating functional documentation • Bachelor's degree in Business, Actuarial, Computer science, or related field • Previous experience in the Insurance industry, preferably personal lines, homeowners, and/or commercial BOP • Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: C#, C++, Python, R • Proficiency in Visual Studio Code and GitLab • Working usage of VBA • Actuarial exams or related experience • Process automation experience
