Description

• Responsible for driving revenue through renewals and upsells within existing customer base • Highly consultative and customer-oriented • Act as a liaison between internal teams • Execute a consultative retention and upsell/cross-sell process • Strategically manage the client program • Assist clients in defining and designing ethics and compliance program strategies • Deliver timely response to requests for information and proposal • Responsible for onboarding new assigned customers • Track customer satisfaction status • Maintain accurate account and opportunity information • Represent as a thought leader in the compliance and risk management industries • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on market developments and trends • Work effectively in a home office environment • Comfortable traveling to meet onsite with clients • Attend occasional meetings onsite in US-based offices

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a software/services sales professional • Proven experience renewing multi-year, subscription-based SaaS products • Ability to present and demonstrate the benefits of using SAI360 software • Strong business acumen and confidence/comfort meeting with and selling to senior executives • Adept ability to create strong customer relationships • General understanding of E-Learning solutions, business ethics and compliance or GRC challenges • Basic technical ability with Microsoft Office 365 products, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn / other social media platforms, and remote meeting tools • Fluent German speaking • Confident personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated and reliable with a strong independent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset • Complex problem-solving ability with a solutions-oriented focus • Ability to cultivate relationships with strategic client-base and advise on industry insights, best practices and strategy • Strong sales process management skills • Mature, polished business acumen rooted in years of client-facing experience • Disciplined time and territory management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team where open, collaborative communication is expected
