• Execute and continually optimize a comprehensive new hire onboarding and sales enablement training programs with a 30-60-90 day plan for sales team members at all levels, including specific curriculum and learning paths based on the unique requirements of each role (Field Enterprise Sales, Account Managers, Sales Development, Customer Success, and Pre-Sales Engineers) • Work with Subject Matter Experts across the Company to improve existing content, and create new content as required, including documentation, training materials, recorded training sessions, automation, gamification, certification, etc. • Build out and lead the overall sales development program which includes planning, creating and coordinating training sessions on sales fundamentals, buyer knowledge, and product knowledge; delivered on-demand, online and live • Project manage the company’s partnership with Challenger (sales training vendor) • Establish key performance indicators to track sales training program efficacy • Work with internal teams to create and package high-value field tools (Sales playbooks, training decks, presentations, etc.) – connect the dots between Product Marketing and Sales such that Sales is always armed with the right content with the right message at the right time • Identify third party vendors to fill skill gaps as needed. In conjunction with business owners, manage overall budget for engagements with third party vendors • Coordinate the company’s annual Sales Kick Off and other quarterly meetings (in person or remote). Includes managing expense budgets, coordinating travel and transportation for participants, vendor liaison, meals, and most importantly, agenda and content • Communicate wins and champion successes with programs such as Win Announcements, New Hire Announcements, Back to Growth, Back to Green, etc. • Other projects and duties as needed
• 3+ years experience in a Sales Enablement function • Superior writing, presentation and verbal communication skills across various audiences • Proactive, self-motivated and self-directed. Able to drive deliverables and results cross-functionally. Ability to work independently, on a team, and as a leader • Complex problem-solving ability, solutions oriented • Exceptional project management and multi-tasking skills • Familiarity with SAI360 existing tools (Salesforce.com, Excel, Smartsheets, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint), and an interest in learning other internal tools as they’re developed • Familiarity with Challenger, Miller Heiman or other sales methodologies • Ability to travel to internal events (as required)
