• Sell Identity Security Solution to Enterprise Accounts in the Bay Area • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis • Develop business plans and engage with customers to maintain high service levels • Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans • Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle including negotiations and closing process • Foster understanding of territory dynamics, competitors, and customers • Maintain accurate forecasts and engage in channel management
• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field (preferred but not required) • 5+ years of experience in software sales (preferably in identity/security/IT) • Strong understanding of identity security solutions and the competitive landscape, especially regarding Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt • Proven sales track record with enterprise accounts ($2B-$5B in revenue) • Skilled communicator with ability to analyze prospects' needs and qualify opportunities • Ability to collaborate and lead virtual teams and resources
