📋 Description

• Lead and deliver commissioning services across the assigned region • Oversee commissioning projects from pre‑construction through close‑out • Develop commissioning scopes of work and fee proposals • Collaborate with the Cx Project Coordinator to create and maintain project plans • Monitor project performance, financials, and schedules • Support growth and expansion of Impact Cx services within the region • Act as a people manager for assigned team members • Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 15+ years of equivalent experience in MEP construction, commissioning, and project management • Professional Engineering (PE) license required • Certification in Building Commissioning required • Project Management certification preferred • OSHA 10‑hour and 30‑hour Construction Safety training preferred • Proven project management experience • Knowledge of Building Automation Systems preferred • Field experience strongly preferred.
