• Proven success in B2B sales and sales leadership; SaaS or channel sales experience is a plus • Strong presentation and training facilitation skills • Excellent time management and self-discipline • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment • Coachability and the ability to adapt quickly • Confidence under pressure and a genuine desire to help others improve.
