📋 Description

• cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with State Gov clients • utilize data analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement • provide regular progress updates to management regarding client accounts • monitor and report on key performance metrics • maintain a high level of client satisfaction by exceeding expectations • work collaboratively with internal teams to devise solutions • address and resolve client issues in a timely manner • keep clients informed about new product features and updates • identify growth opportunities within existing accounts • collaborate closely with clients to formulate customized account strategies • educate clients on how Salesforce can empower them to streamline operations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales • account management and Enterprise-level sales experience • experience selling to State and Local Government agencies highly preferred • knowledge of Justice and Public Safety highly preferred • degree or equivalent relevant experience required • experience evaluated based on leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience
