• Salsify is currently seeking a Sales Engineer to drive exceptional results in a B2B SaaS environment. As a Sales Engineer at Salsify, you support deal scale and strategy by securing the technical win for prospects and customers. • Sales Engineers are experts in identifying and aligning with prospects’ and customers’ business goals, communicating how our platform delivers value. In this role, you'll work alongside our Sales team to target, win, and expand business, while collaborating on scaling efforts to achieve high win rates and ensure customer success. • We have found that the most successful Sales Engineers have strong technical aptitude and are confident and strategic storytellers. As a team, we are very passionate and always ready to dive in and execute.
• Minimum of 1+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role for B2B SaaS solutions • Positive, team player mentality with strong time management, organization, and presentation skills • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in written responses to emails, customer requirements, and formal RFPs • Deep technical aptitude and curiosity for learning new technologies in a fast-paced environment • Creative and open approach to problem solving and partnering with internal teams to drive what’s best for the customer and for Salsify • Familiarity with PIM, DAM, and/or Commerce solutions preferred but not required • Ability and willingness for 10-20% travel
