• Establish Saltz.App presence in your city • You identify new foodservice businesses, meet chefs and managers, explain the app, and support them with their orders • You will spend most of your time in the field visiting restaurants and kitchens • You conduct around 10–15 meetings per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up • You plan your week independently and work to meet or exceed your targets • You present live demos of the Saltz app to chefs directly in their work environment • You use our CRM system and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team
• Whether you have worked in a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge — you understand the fast-paced world of hospitality • Initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a strong plus • You enjoy being on the move, entering kitchens, and building personal relationships with chefs and managers • Excellent written and spoken German and English • You can lead conversations confidently, listen actively, solve problems, and present yourself professionally • Bonus: Fluency in additional languages besides German or English
