• You will be predominantly out in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission: to introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely simplifies their daily work. • You conduct approximately 10–15 appointments per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up. • You plan your week independently (with support if needed) and work toward meeting or exceeding your targets. • You present chefs with live demos of the Saltz app directly in their workplace. • You use our CRM system (don’t worry — we’ll train you!) and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team.
• Whether you’ve worked in a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge — you understand the fast-paced world of hospitality. Career changers are welcome! • Initial experience in sales or customer-facing part-time roles is a big plus. • You enjoy being on the move, entering kitchens and building personal relationships with chefs and managers. • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written. • You can conduct conversations confidently, listen actively, solve problems, and present yourself professionally. • Bonus: fluency in additional languages besides German or English.
