Description

Do you want to make a difference in patients’ lives everyday? SamaCare equips health care providers, life science companies, and electronic health systems with the tools they need to eliminate administrative barriers that limit access to life-changing therapies. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll focus on building long-lasting relationships with our practice customers, all the while ensuring they are fully engaged and successful with the SamaCare product, and ultimately own the customer lifecycle post-sales. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, results-oriented and self-motivated to do their best work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Individual Contributor in a similar customer success, account management, or consulting role • Startup and SaaS experience strongly preferred • Growth mindset • Highly proactive and self-motivated • Empathetic and energetic when interacting with customers • Analytical and detail-oriented • Interest in marketplaces, payer services / billing operations, and/or healthcare
