• Manage email communication, scheduling, and document preparation • Assist with order tracking, customer follow-ups, and daily coordination • Maintain digital files, records, and spreadsheets • Support the sales team with quoting, data entry, and CRM updates • Communicate with warehouses, suppliers, and carriers as needed • Perform various administrative tasks to support smooth business operations
• Must reside in Tennessee, Texas, Florida, or North Carolina • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Administrative or customer service experience preferred but not required
