• Planning, coordination and monitoring of cleaning processes • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the cleaning team • Quality checks and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, as well as the service specifications • Responsibility for inventory management and budget administration • Close cooperation with clients, colleagues and partners • Development and implementation of optimization measures to increase efficiency
• Completed vocational training or degree in Facility Management or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in a leadership position in building cleaning • Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems • Driving licence class B • Hands-on mentality • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach • Organisational talent and a sense of responsibility • Entrepreneurial thinking and customer-service orientation
