📋 Description

• Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of technical building systems • Evaluate and optimize maintenance measures • Budget responsibility and budget management • Maintain site documentation and manage subcontractors • Serve as the primary contact for our clients • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for your team • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, technical standards and occupational health & safety

🎯 Requirements

• Effective day-to-day organizational skills combined with flexibility • Service- and solution-oriented mindset • Respectful, development-focused approach to staff leadership • Confident user of MS Office • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1) • Valid Class B driver’s license • Technical vocational training (e.g., HVAC/plumbing & heating technician or electrical technician) OR a completed degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Operations/Industrial, Energy, Building, Electrical or Utility Engineering • Several years of professional experience in facility management and initial supervisory/leadership experience
