📋 Description

• Review and analyze, under guidance, contracts, legal documents, and court settlements, assessing relevant clauses and terms to strengthen clients’ positions and minimize risks in cases of default; • Prepare and draft complaints, answers, appeals, and other procedural filings under the supervision of mid-level or senior attorneys, meeting procedural deadlines and formal requirements; • Conduct initial client consultations, gathering relevant information for case management and providing guidance on legal procedures; • Handle low-complexity legal matters; • Support the monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings; • Conduct legislative research and analyze case law; • Assist with the preparation of reports and legal opinions; • Contribute to the firm’s organization and efficiency and to the quality of legal deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • At least 6 months of experience through an internship or practical work at a law firm or legal department; • Knowledge of civil and procedural law; • Legal research skills; • Knowledge of legal writing and drafting procedural documents; • Knowledge of case and deadline management; • Negotiation skills; • Professional ethics.
