📋 Description

• Provide legal services to the firm’s clients across a range of matters • Analyze documents and draft legal pleadings • Support negotiations and develop strategies to maximize case outcomes and mitigate risks • Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and contribute to achieving established targets and maintaining legal certainty • Act as a negotiator and conflict-resolution specialist, ensuring efficient resolutions • Handle various stages of legal proceedings, from contract analysis and drafting to representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings • Perform, organize, and oversee legal advisory activities, ensuring the compliance of commercial transactions, contractual agreements, and privacy practices • Manage and monitor the portfolio of judicial and administrative cases in coordination with clients • Guide the review and preparation of legal pleadings and documents • Prepare litigation and legal-contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system • Draft and execute legal instruments of varying complexity • Assess risks, conduct legal diagnostics, and recommend legal alternatives to support the firm’s objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Postgraduate studies in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are a plus; specialization in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law is also desirable • At least 6 months of experience at a law firm or in a corporate legal department • Advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, with an emphasis on drafting legal pleadings and conducting contract analysis • Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to work as part of a team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of Civil and Procedural Law • Legal research • Legal writing and drafting of pleadings • Case and deadline management • Negotiation skills • Professional ethics
