• Define impactful and differentiating medical products by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape • Lead product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with various stakeholders • Manage medtech-specific functions for commercialization planning • Serve as a key member of the medical quantum sensing leadership team

Requirements

• Master's Degree in engineering, biology, or related fields • 10+ years of experience in developing regulated medical products • Proficiency in working with physicians and hospitals • Ability to articulate product vision, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy • Experience in preclinical & clinical, regulatory, reimbursement and quality workstreams • Track record of successful cross-functional team collaboration • Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely • Preferred: Experience in cardiology or emergency medicine • Preferred: Experience in novel diagnostic devices and regulatory pathways • Preferred: Experience building relationships with partners • Preferred: Excel in a fast-paced, startup environment • Preferred: Awareness of latest healthcare market & policy trends • Preferred: Growth mindset and continuous learning mindset
