Description

• Develop and improve novel deep learning methods (diffusion models, transformers, graph neural networks, etc.) applied to chemistry and drug discovery problems. • Develop innovative ML methods for predicting functional characteristics of molecules and biological systems. • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to prototype and scale impactful drug design solutions. • Generate and evaluate hypotheses to influence project direction using computational methods. • Present research findings through various mediums like talks, blog posts, clients, and scientific publications.

Requirements

• M.S. with 2-3 years of relevant experience or Ph.D. in computational physics, computational chemistry, computer science, or related field • Proficient in Python and modern software development practices • Experience with ML and deep learning tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cheminformatics toolkits like RDKit • Knowledge in deploying ML models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) • Demonstrated success in applying ML to drug discovery or materials science • Experience in various ML applications for drug discovery or materials science
