Description

• Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage product planning & development of large-scale software platforms • Support end to end development of AI and Simulation platform for drug discovery and materials design • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define scope, execution strategy, releases, timelines and deliverables • Setup teams for agile development and lead scrum ceremonies • Drive cross-functional alignment, manage communications with stakeholders, customers and development teams • Coordinate with vendors and partners for product development, deployment, and cloud services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or similar technical field • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary software product development programs • Experience in cloud-based software product development • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work independently • Experience in working with multidisciplinary and cross-functional engineering teams • Proficiency in Agile product development principles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, work independently in a remote environment
