📋 Description

• Prepare materials and presentations, perform analyses, and participate in meetings with stakeholders to support periodic monitoring of the portfolio and the engineering projects portfolio. • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with execution standards for the management's engineering project portfolio, according to the period schedule. • Create and/or update information in spreadsheets, KPIs, meeting minutes, and presentations to track the entire management engineering project portfolio, according to the period schedule. • Support Discipline Leaders and the Planning & Management team Coordinator in meetings for intake of project requests within the management. • Confirm with requestors whether project demands included in the portfolio remain necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering • 5 years of experience in projects for the oil industry and offshore production units; or • 4 years of experience in projects for the oil industry and offshore production units and a postgraduate degree in a field related to the activity; or • 4 years of experience in projects for the oil industry and offshore production units and PMI certification • Advanced English • Active CREA registration (Brazilian engineering council).
