📋 Description

• Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process, setting clients up for success • Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents • Analyze clients' requirements from technical and functional perspectives and design solutions based on a deep understanding of Sardine’s systems and product capabilities • Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables • Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide solutions using Sardine’s technology • Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground • Partner with engineering, product, and post-sales teams to solve technical problems and unblock deployments • Own implementations end to end across APIs, webhooks, data mapping, event-driven workflows, and production issues

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst • Experience working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion • Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis • Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI • Experience with web development • Experience writing scripts to build internal tools, such as bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman
