📋 Description

• Assist clients with labour requirements while maintaining high customer service for candidates and clients • Perform check starts for new, selected, and rotating clients • Provide operational assistance to the branch • Communicate with State and Branch Managers • Complete rosters and send them to clients by required deadlines • Search databases for suitable candidates for client vacancies • Place available, suitable, and inducted candidates into client positions • Provide candidates with assignment and client-site details • Update staff on candidate and client job orders and nightly activity • Maintain job orders, including closing old orders • Handle job-related enquiries concerning print-media advertising • Develop divisional and interstate relationships • Assist clients and candidates as required • Escalate issues to management and suggest improvements • Attend conference-call meetings • Monitor, respond to, and action emails • Record all candidate and client communications in FT360 • Complete and submit the daily handover report
