📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary technical contact for key accounts • Help customers resolve issues and optimize their support experience • Identify and create upgrade plans • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts • Coordinate with various departments for issue resolution • Guide new customers through onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with customer support • Understanding of technical needs and goals • Ability to provide customer solutions • Understanding of service history • Must have UK residency for min. 5 years
