• Drive new business revenue by researching and seeking out prospective commercial group broker partners. • Introduce Savoy services to prospects and broker partners via regularly scheduled touches. • Host and/or coordinate CE or webinars to attract targeted audiences. • Embrace Savoy’s value-added “Concierge Service Model” for brokers. • Train and coordinate training for brokers to differentiate themselves and gain efficiency using our expertise, value-added products and technology solutions. • Continuously identify target markets for broker recruiting efforts. • Be involved with industry associations/organizations for business development purposes. • Work in tandem with the business development team in properly onboarding new broker partners and introducing our cross-functional departments. • Attend carrier trainings and industry related events. • Stay up to date with industry news, product knowledge and market trends to provide value. • Develop a business plan each year for meeting targeted objectives; outline key action steps.
• Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years group benefits experience • Health and Life License required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Exceptional interpersonal communication skills • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment
