• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and automations • Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, and middleware • Support ServiceBridge and eBonding configurations with clients • Troubleshoot platform issues and support enhancements • Follow established SDLC, testing, and documentation standards • Collaborate with Product Owners and BSAs to implement requirements • Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes
• 8+ years of experience in IT Services • 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience • Strong experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies • Familiarity with ITSM processes and Managed Services workflows • Nice to have ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification • Experience with enterprise integrations and automation • Exposure to MSP or multi-tenant environments • Willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement • Amenable to a permanent night shift schedule
