📋 Description

• Hiring new joiners for multiple verticals (time-to-hire: 14 days) • Offering a world-class candidate experience to every candidate, including rejected ones (SLA for feedback: 24h) • Work on recruitment improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience recruiting across multiple open roles at the same time • Experience hiring for remote roles across multiple regions • Advanced English skills • Comfortable using AI and automation tools to move faster • Familiarity with an ATS, ideally Workable • Strong opinions about recruitment. You have ideas on how things should work and you like talking about them.

🏖️ Benefits

• $1,250/month for the first 90 days • $1,500/month after 90 days, assuming strong performance • Commission structure to be confirmed • Fully remote, full-time • Real ownership — not a task-execution role
