• Support high-volume recruiting operations • Focus on improving candidate processing speed • Maintain recruiting momentum, enhance candidate experience • Ensure timely movement through the hiring pipeline • Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks • Advance qualified candidates and disposition unqualified applicants promptly • Prepare candidate summaries and support documentation • Ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress within the Applicant Tracking System • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process • Coordinate and schedule interviews across recruiting teams
• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting • Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition operations • Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters • Experience communicating with candidates via email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process • Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring teams • Ability to effectively screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications • Experience working in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Previous experience working remotely with minimal supervision • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
