Requirements
• You must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field • You must have at least five years of experience in a Linux or Kubernetes system administration environment • You must be able to work remotely • You must be able to understand the full value of a service platform and be able to design and document high-quality technical material • You must be able to transcribe clear and educated feedback on technical issues and customer experience. • You must be able to read and write in English.
