Description

• Senior Backend Engineer role • Developing business-critical tools for internal teams and customers • Building, evolving, and maintaining the data platform • Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable software solutions using Python • Establishing best practices around data • Designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining data pipelines • Implementing data quality checks and validation processes • Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation of data processes, pipelines, and transformations • Sharing knowledge with other engineers • Educating data stakeholders on deriving value from available data • Proactively driving initiatives and projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role • Experience with data platform solutions • Able to write production code in Python • Fluent in SQL for data querying and manipulation • Knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies for analyzing and visualizing large amounts of data • Good communication skills and structured approach to work
