• Prospectar e desenvolver novas contas B2B (indústrias OTC e HB) e B2B2C (farmácias, redes, associações). • Auxiliar na realização de diagnósticos e discovery consultivo, mapeando dores, oportunidades e gaps de execução. • Elaborar e apresentar propostas de valor e ROI, alinhadas aos desafios de negócio de cada cliente. • Conduzir demonstrações da plataforma e sua entrega de valor para os respectivos clientes. • Gerenciar o ciclo completo de vendas consultivas (prospecção, qualificação, negociação, fechamento e expansão). • Apoiar projetos-piloto e rollout, acompanhando a implantação e o sucesso do cliente. • Monitorar indicadores de performance e gerar upsell e cross-sell de novos módulos. • Alimentar o CRM com pipeline qualificado e previsões de fechamento, garantindo cobertura mínima de metas. • Colaborar com times internos de marketing, produto e customer success para aprimorar discurso comercial, jornada do cliente e geração de valor.
• Capacidade de traduzir tecnologia em valor de negócio: payback, eficiência, LTV e ROI. • Familiaridade com métricas de vendas recorrentes: CAC, MRR, Churn e Retenção. • Desejável entendimento de soluções SaaS, Dynamics 365 Commerce, Retail Media, IA aplicada a vendas e fidelização digital. • Mínimo de 4 a 6 anos em vendas consultivas B2B, idealmente em tecnologia, software, saúde ou bens de consumo. • Experiência com indústrias farmacêuticas (OTC e HB) ou bens de consumo e/ou varejo farma (redes, franquias, independentes). • Desejável Vivência em transformação digital, PDV omnichannel, CRM, ecommerce ou automação comercial.
