🎯 Requirements

• Clear German pronunciation and high energy • Willingness to learn and a performance-driven mindset • Desire for continuous professional development • Initial experience in telephone cold calling; ideally 1–3 years of sales experience • Experience in an agency or sales coaching environment is an advantage • Initial sales experience • No specific formal qualification required
