Description

As the Group Product Manager for the Discovery Pillar, you will be the driving force behind shaping and enhancing our user discovery journey. We are seeking an accomplished leader with a proven track record in managing core discovery products (such as recommendations and search) and a deep understanding of Generative AI. In this role, you will lead a team of 3-5 Product Managers, steering the overall strategy, development, and optimization of our discovery products. If you are passionate about building innovative consumer products with an ambitious team, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field; advanced degree is a plus. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on core discovery products. • Proven experience with Generative AI, machine learning, data analysis, and a strong technical understanding. • Successful track record as a high-impact IC PM and leading and developing high-performing product management teams. • Experience working in a social, subscription, or top-tier media company is highly desirable.
