Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to take ownership of executive reporting and data platform requirements within our organization. This role involves developing and implementing product strategies, overseeing the creation of executive reports, managing requirements for a core data layer, and establishing governance across all product lines. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive decision-making and support the strategic objectives of the company.

Requirements

• Strategic leadership in defining and executing vision and strategy for data collection, management, and executive reporting • Product management expertise in requirement gathering, prioritization, and roadmap for data deliverables • Data governance experience in establishing and enforcing policies and standards for accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and security of data • Cross-functional collaboration skills to translate requirements between different teams • Stakeholder management to understand reporting and analysis needs and challenges • Ability to drive innovation, improvement, and high standards in metric development • Team leadership in fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
