📋 Description

• Call and follow up with inbound leads (warm leads, not cold calling) • Qualify customers by understanding their move details, timeline, and needs • Build trust fast and deliver a great customer experience • Schedule and coordinate next steps to close the deal • Keep accurate notes and updates in the CRM • Follow up consistently until the customer books or clearly declines • Hit weekly and monthly activity + conversion targets

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of SDR / BDR / inside sales experience (lead qualification or lead scoring) • Strong phone presence — confident, friendly, and persuasive • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people quickly • Organized and reliable follow-up habits • Hungry to learn, improve, and earn more through performance • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume leads
