📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting via outreach and cold calls to accounts across North America • Research target persona dealmakers such as M&A advisors, CFOs, and legal teams to deliver an impactful initial contact • Book qualified product demos for Account Executives • Engage prospects consistently through CRM, building long-term rapport • Contribute insights that shape our sales and marketing strategies • Maintain accurate activity logs and prospect data in HubSpot

🎯 Requirements

• 1 – 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales with exposure to North America markets • Strong business communication skills in English (C1+ level) – verbal and written • Professional objection-handling skills, building rapport, and passing gatekeepers • Tenacity, adaptability, and a hunger to grow fast • Fast learning ability and tech-savviness with CRMs and sales tools • Nice to have: Previous work experience in the SaaS industry • Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry • Experience communicating with the C-suite • Selling for biotech fundraising and licensing, mid-market advisories, and vault
