📋 Description

• Demand generation and lead acquisition (outbound process) • Actively prospect new potential leads via email, phone, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn • Qualify leads, understand the company’s needs, and assess whether our solutions address the potential client’s requirements • Forward qualified leads to sales representatives • Keep the CRM up to date • Conduct follow-ups with contacts and leads • Monitor metrics and KPIs, always aiming to optimize processes to achieve the best results
