Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English (C2 level) • Availability for extended hours and weekends when needed • Comfortable with uncertainty and going above and beyond • 1-2 years of work experience in a fast-paced startup environment • Punctual with clear, concise communication • Data-driven, analytical, and attention to detail • Familiarity with modern tools like Zapier, Loom, Gather, Notion, Slack • Knowledge of coding is a plus • Experience in working and improving remote collaboration • Ability to challenge founders' opinions and support decisions
