📋 Description

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the Republic of Ireland, expanding our customer base and strengthening market presence • Prospect for potential clients, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into long-term strategic partnerships • Prepare and participate in tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations to secure new contracts • Develop and execute targeted business development strategies aligned with Securitas Technology Ireland’s commercial objectives • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning and support product and service innovation • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients—acting as a strategic advisor and providing tailored security technology solutions • Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding recurring revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless solution development and delivery • Educate clients on Securitas Technology’s offerings, ensuring they understand the value, capabilities, and suitability of proposed solutions • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring successful onboarding, ongoing engagement, and effective issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in electronic security sales, with experience delivering solutions that meet customer and industry requirements • Strong understanding of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection technologies • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and convert a robust sales pipeline • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to assess customer needs and propose value-driven solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional client-facing approach • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote • Minimum of two years’ experience in a technical security sales role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
