• As a senior Backend Engineer at Seedtag, you will be scaling one of the business lines • Work closely with tech team (engineering, data, product) to execute adexchange efficiently • Make key technical decisions, manage projects, prioritize, and communicate effectively • Develop and work with cutting-edge technologies such as Typescript, Golang, Mongo, Redis, and Kafka • Shape the future of Seedtag • Enhance technical skills • Solve problems for meaningful impact • High-impact challenge requiring technical and leadership skills • Drive project forward and make key technical decisions • Critical project for Seedtag's success • Requires Go experience and focus on maintainable code over time

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building back-end systems • Experience in building scalable, high-performance systems • Proficient in using good programming practices and microservice communication • Experience with high-throughput systems and distributed architectures • Big-picture thinker with understanding of technical and business requirements • Problem solver who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges • Continuous learner passionate about back-end engineering and staying updated with the latest developments
