📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process • Work closely with the sales team and prospective customers • Conduct discovery sessions • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations • Address technical questions • Provide expert insight into how Seeq’s advanced analytics platform solves industrial challenges • Partner with Account Executives to align Seeq’s capabilities with customer goals • Provide technical guidance through discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements • Develop and refine demo assets, reusable content, and pre-sales best practices • Provide customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering • Position Seeq effectively based on industry trends, use cases, and competitive offerings • Document solutions, success stories, and lessons learned • Help develop industry-specific value propositions and solution accelerators for chemicals, mining, process manufacturing, and related industrial markets • Collaborate with the Director of Solutions Consulting and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the country in which you reside • Experience serving as a technical advisor during sales processes • Ability to conduct discovery, product demonstrations, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements • Ability to communicate Seeq’s solutions to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to understand prospective customers’ business needs and challenges • Knowledge of industrial sectors, including chemicals, mining, and process manufacturing • Ability to collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional teams • Ability to develop demo assets, reusable content, solution documentation, and best practices • Ability to stay current with industry trends, customer use cases, and competitive offerings
