• 👉 Manage a defined portfolio of mid-market customers, acting as their primary point of contact. • 👉 Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within existing and new accounts. • 👉 Maintain accurate and timely records in the Salesforce system to support forecasting and pipeline visibility. • 👉 Build strong, trust-based relationships through regular telephony-based engagement. • 👉 Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally. • 👉 Prioritise customer engagement based on data insights and business value. • 👉 Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Operations, Sales Support) to ensure service excellence and data accuracy. • 👉 Provide accurate sales forecasts on a daily and weekly basis. • 👉 Achievement of monthly revenue targets as defined by the business. • 👉 Contribution to a £5 million annual revenue target through effective pipeline management. • 👉 High levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • 👉 Accurate Salesforce data to support business planning and reporting. • 👉 Increased customer lifetime value through strategic account development.
• ✅ Proven experience in a sales or account management environment. • ✅ Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills. • ✅ Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. • ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce systems. • ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • ✅ Ability to manage large datasets and extract actionable insights. • ✅ Knowledge of the UK energy market and supplier propositions is desirable.
