📋 Description

• Manage your own customer base from the initial order through ongoing support • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers • Support the entire sales cycle: quoting, ordering, onboarding, account management, and cancellation/retention • Process orders, credit notes, contract amendments, and cancellations in contract management • Proactively manage customer relationships and develop ideas for customer retention and acquisition • Prioritize orders, complaints, and appointments • Represent the company at events such as AOK, IHK, and industry trade fairs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in inside or field sales (B2B), ideally in a software/SaaS environment • Understanding of the complete sales cycle • Experience in contract management, including orders, credit notes, contract amendments, and cancellation processing • Experience with payroll/HR software or business software (ERP, financial accounting, inventory management) is a plus • Basic understanding of payroll topics such as social insurance, wage types, and statutory reporting obligations is a plus • Proficiency with Outlook • Experience with CRM/ERP systems, ideally Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or comparable systems • Basic Excel skills for reporting and forecasting • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and an ownership mindset • Willingness to travel for events and industry trade fairs • Two years of professional sales experience • Completed commercial training or vocational qualification • Class B driving license • German at C1 level • English language skills are a plus
