📋 Description
• Own and drive strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO from end to end • Ensure projects are executed effectively, on time, and to a high standard regardless of subject matter • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communication tied to projects • Keep stakeholders aligned without requiring the CEO's direct involvement in every touchpoint • Supply the CEO with research, data, and analysis for high-quality decisions • Prepare briefings and presentations • Chase down decisions, coordinate communication, and turn strategic problems into completed outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Based in South Africa • 5+ years' experience in project management or a similar execution-heavy role • Impeccable reference • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or a good reason for not finishing one • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Extremely organised, with an eye for detail • Critical thinker and analytical • Comfortable conducting research and gathering data to support decision-making • Proactive communicator comfortable acting as a central point of contact across internal and external stakeholders • Trusted with sensitive CEO-office material and high-stakes initiatives • Cyber security industry experience is a nice-to-have, not required
