📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of the AI Gateway in partnership with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Marketing • Understand the pain points, needs, and expectations of customers and prospects • Identify and prioritize product enhancement opportunities in line with organizational goals • Conduct discovery with UX and Engineering, organizing information and turning evidence into decisions • Write business specifications, requirements, and implementation risks in user stories • Organize and maintain a prioritized backlog • Validate deliveries from the development team, ensuring quality and alignment with specifications • Monitor product metrics, including feature and initiative usage, adoption, and success • Manage requests from other departments, release communications, and product documentation • Manage expectations and prioritize requests with Sales, Support, Marketing, and other departments • Build and communicate the product roadmap and delivery updates • Communicate the product vision and strategy to the development team and stakeholders • Support the definition of strategy, objectives, and Key Results • Support go-to-market activities and enablement for Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams regarding product updates

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of product discovery techniques • Knowledge of Agile methodologies • Ability to create user stories • Ability to gather business requirements and organize a backlog • Comfortable discussing technical topics such as APIs, authentication, authorization, and integration • Programming knowledge is not required • English proficiency for reading and writing • Previous experience or a solid career in Engineering, Data, UX, Support, Customer Success, or Consulting is a plus • Availability to work remotely • This opportunity is also open to people with disabilities (PwD)
