Description

• Providing round the clock support for Security Operations Centre (SOC) • Analysing logs and security events to understand root cause • Generating customer-facing security reports • Performing threat hunting across environments • Assisting in creation of threat detection analytics/use cases • Implementing new processes and procedures for improvement • Providing customer training on SenseOn platform • Supporting junior analysts and acting as escalation point for internal shift and customers

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience in cybersecurity role • Understanding of networking infrastructure, protocols, and topology • Experience with SIEM, MDR, EDR, and vulnerability management tools • Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL) • Experience as shift lead (Desirable) • Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and D3FEND frameworks • Strong knowledge of OS fundamentals and security hardening • Customer facing experience both verbally and written • Great analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills • Team player, self-starter, with high integrity and adaptability
