📋 Description

• Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures related to Corporate IT, information security, and SOC II compliance • Review new vendors and improve processes • Purchase and coordinate delivery of IT equipment and maintain asset inventory • Maintain SaaS applications and licensing • Collaborate with technical leaders to ensure systems operate within security controls • Review project plans and coordinate project activity • Train users on IT systems and provide technical support • Assist with employee provisioning and deprovisioning • Manage day-to-day IT tools and facilities for global staff

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems • Proficiency in scripting languages • Experience with GSuite, cloud automation, MDM, and other SaaS tools • Proficiency installing and configuring software and hardware, including network equipment and printers • Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Authorization to work for any employer in Poland without requiring visa support now or in the future • Resume required
