Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define and prioritize support package requirements. • Assist in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for support packages, coordinating across sales, marketing, support, BD, legal, and product development teams. • Engage in roadmap management, specifically for support packages, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy. • Participate in project management activities, utilizing knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to deliver value and achieve desired outcomes for support packages. • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to continuously improve support packages. • Support the documentation and communication of support package features and benefits to internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field • Demonstrated interest in product management, software development, and cybersecurity • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Familiarity with project management principles and practices
