📋 Description

• Coach entire organizations and programs, not just individual teams • Design and execute multi-team agile transformation programs with measurable milestones • Advise engineering leadership with candid, data-backed input on delivery health • Design Azure DevOps structures for multi-team environments, including area paths, team configurations, cross-team dependency tracking, and portfolio-level visibility • Implement organization-wide retrospectives, cross-team sprint synchronization, area product ownership, and self-selection processes • Lead through influence across vendor teams, internal teams, and organizational structures • Design and implement metrics frameworks covering flow, DORA stability, quality, and backlog health • Shift engineering culture from output-focused to outcome-focused and sustain the change • Facilitate difficult organizational conversations between PMO and engineering, vendors and product, teams and leadership • Build Scrum Master capability by mentoring junior and mid-level Scrum Masters, identifying gaps, and providing structured coaching

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated scaled experience (+7 years) in agile operation or implementation • DORA metrics literacy, including deployment frequency, change failure rate, lead time for changes, and MTTR • Experience challenging and changing organizational structures that block team effectiveness • Evidence of building and sustaining psychological safety on previously defensive or siloed teams • Ability to run executive-level conversations using delivery data and constraint analysis • Fluency facilitating all agile ceremonies • Resilience and emotional intelligence • Focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Advanced oral English for seamless collaboration with global teams • Advanced Spanish
